We informed you in our Newsletter No. 3 of September 22nd. 2009, that we had received warnings from our suppliers of raw materials, that we had to expect price increases for some of our raw materials valid from January 1st. 2010. We have now been informed, that the changes will be relatively small, so we have decided that the current prices remains as they are. Should we at a later date receive significant increases, we might have to adjust the prices, but will do so in accordance with our Tems of sale and deliveres valid from July 1st. 2009. We do however have to increase the prices for conversions (shirring, printing, coiling etc.) by approx. 2-3 % valid from January 1st. 2010 - as mentioned in our Newsletter No. 3 of 22.09.2009. New price lists will be forwarded on request. ***** We have made an agreement concerning all road, air, sea and courier shipment with Blue Water Shipping. This means that all future shipment arranged by Tub-Ex ApS will be handled by this company. Blue Water Shipping is a well established Danish forwarding company, which has 49 offices in 26 countries. The freight rates we have received from them for the destinations, where we organize the shipping today, are either as they were or cheaper than with our previous agent - and they offer a better service. Blue Water Shipping cooperates with the larger courier companies - like TNT, DHL and FedEx.
